At Zandu Care, we want you to love your fashion finds. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your Zandu Care account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship Items
Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
